- Reporting of KPI metrics, volume report and SMIS report for the team
- Loading all configuration information into Pricing, costing , sales and other management tools and raising of tickets for all tool issues and solving them and resolve and bring back productivity.
KEY CONTRIBUTION
- Had gone training as first member for implementing and performing in a tool called Bird based on oracle and implemented a Business Process Re engineering (BPR). Where by held responsible for allocation of projects to team members and for reporting on production. Have got best Key user E-award for Bird tool Handling.
