Objective :
To build a prospective career in the field of plastics product design, tool design, CAD/CAM applications, and CNC manufacturing. QUALIFICATION :
- Qualified with ‘Diploma/Post Diploma in Plastics Molds Technology (PD-PMT)’ from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Bhopal in 2010. First class with aggregate 80% marks.
- CIPET is an institution run by the central government ministry of chemicals, petrochemicals and fertilizers, with its corporate office in Chennai and centers spread all around India.
- PD-PMT is an integrated dual diploma program of 3+1 years specializing in the field of manufacturing processes, plastics product design and validation, plastics materials, plastics processing techniques, plastics die and mold design and manufacturing, CAD/CAM applications using NX, Pro-E, CATIA, etc., mold maintenance, tool validation, trial and trouble shooting.

Skills :
- Experience in designing and manufacturing plastics injection molds, blow molds, compression molds for different products and applications.
- Well versed in developing solid and surface models using Unigraphics-NX 6 and Pro-E Wild Fire 4.
- Drawing, drafting and detailing designs using Auto-CAD.
- Experience in manually programming and operating 3axis VMC with Sinumeric 810D controller and CNC turning center with Sinumeric 802D SL controller.
- Experience in operating and programming CNC milling with Heidenhain TNC 415B.
- Sound knowledge of CNC programing with the use of NX 6 for operating VMCs for machining 2D as well as 3D contours and profiles.
- Knowledge of plastics processing techniques, process requirements, etc.
- Knowledge of plastics materials, their characteristics, applications, processing techniques, etc.
- Design and manufacturing of jigs and fixtures.

Work Experience :
- Industrial training at Newtech Engineering, Indore from March 2010 to August 2010 and continued working there full time.
- Currently working at Newtech Engineering, Indore, as an assistant engineer in CAD/CAM, product design, plastics mold design and development, CNC tooling.
- Responsible for looking after the programming and operation of VMC and CNC turning center. Right from preparing models, process planning, to preparing programs using CAM or manually, machine setting, supervision and operation.
- Developing of solid and surface models for product development, mold design and manufacturing.
- Streamlining the mold tooling process in the shop floor. Indulged in mold assembly trouble shooting, supervision, mold maintenance and rectification processes, etc.

Involved in design and production of molds for various products like :
- PVC plumb and pipe fittings L, T, bends, couplers, MTA, FTA, end caps, etc.
- PVC agricultural fittings MTA, FTA, End caps, etc.
- PVC SWR fittings L, T, bends, multi floor trap, nahani trap, etc.
- PP caps and closures Flip-off caps, threaded caps, measuring caps, nrv caps for liquor bottles, etc.
- PP packaging products for chocolates cases in different shapes like an egg, football, tire, hearts, etc.
- PP agricultural spray fittings Mist spray head assemblies
- HDPE agricultural spray cans Knap sack sprayers
- ABS battery casings Battery cases for UPS, hand torches, etc.
- PP torches Rechargeable battery torches, dry cell led torches, mini pocket torches, etc.
- Handled CNC manufacturing of various kinds of blow mold cavities, fixtures, press tool punches and dies, plastics mold cavities and punches, wooden patterns, die casting cavities and punches, Alluminium patterns, molds for rubber ‘O’ rings, sealing gaskets, washers, etc.
- Hands on experience of working on BFW Vaayu BMV 51 TC 24 VMC with Sinumeric 810D and Jyoti DX200 CNC Turning Centre with Sinumeric 802D SL control. Right from job setting, datum setting, programing, machine handling and maintenance.
