Company : Eltek SGS Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of sophisticated micro processor controller based Dc power system .It is engaged in manufacturing of various types SMPS, Telecom sector& user Which are used in all big & small scale in communication industries related to Communication works likely M/S Airtel, Reliance, Nokia, Ericsson, GTL ltd. Etc .Its joint venture with Valere Power India Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon, major supplier of SMPS based DC power solutions for Telecom Industry. (Current Customer base include Nortel-BSNL, Reliance Telecom Ltd., Reliance Communication Ltd., Nokia-BSNL, Ericsson, Idea, Siemens, Hutch etc.)

Responsibilities : Provide telephonic support to Telecom service provider IDEA, AIRTEL, RELIANCE, HUTCH, BSNL etc.
- Responsible for conducting operation & Maintenance training to customers on DC Power systems being supplied by Valere Power.
- Generate Ticket number for all complaints reported from fields.
- Co-ordinate with all engineers for their requirement of spares to close the reported calls in warranty / AMC issue.
- Maintain the minimum spare stock at Head Office as well as all regional offices.
- Prepare user manual for DC Power plant system supplied to the customer.

Achievements :
- Product training to all clients project O & M team.
- Provide the telephonic support as well as on site service if required to the telecom operators (RELIANCE, HUTCH, AIRTEL, and IDEA).
- Training on installation & commissioning and Operation maintenance for the customer technical teams.
- Fault diagnosis, analysis and rectification with proper communication from customer satisfactions to customer delight level.
- Reporting daily activities & monthly reports to HOD Customer support Head Office, Gurgaon through E-Mail.
- To maintain stock of material required to rectify the customer complaint in minimum time period.
- Power electronics circuit analysis with field feed back to research and development department for further development and improvement.
- Co-ordinate with repair department in repair of SMPS modules, controllers, PCBs on requirement.
- Internal review of the service team for all the service related issues.
