Job Description
1.Responsible to follow and monitor the rules, regulations, policy and procedures of Raj Kumar Tour and Travel.
2.Responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures. (in conjunction with General Manager)
3.Innovate and improve Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficiency. (in conjunction with General Manager)
4.Conducting regular correspondences with the overseas travel agents and corporate companies for their inquiries.
5.Development and relationship maintenance of business with travel agencies and corporate companies in India and the Middle East, to ensure maximized revenue and profitability.
6.Responsible to maintain low operational costs and according to the company budget.
7.Managing, leading and directing a team of staff and supervisors, to ensure efficiency in time of response and standards of operation.
8.Directing, motivating, disciplining and controlling the team.
9.Performing appraisals and evaluations on team members.
10.Organizing monthly staff working schedules.
11.Maintain a great company culture as well as service culture accordingly.
12.Responsible for supervising the overall operations of the travel agency in accordance to the standard operating procedures.
13.Supervising and re-confirming all paperwork contributed as well as prepared by the team, including, itinerary, quotations, break down pricing, running sheet and etc. To ensure smooth running land arrangement operations, as well as keeping up to Raj Kumar Tour & Travel standards at high standards.
14.Manage and responsible for day to day operations and marketing with the divisions and departments with the company.
15.Development of new/innovative and interesting packages to be marketed as well as introduced to clients and website.
16.Researching on new products and flash news about Bali, to be updated online.
17.Sending weekly newsletters to all clients.
18.Responsible for sending a daily report to the MD/GM.
19.Responsible for reporting any problems in operations and marketing
20.Responsible for preparing monthly operations and financial reports.

SERIOUS CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED.
CANDIDATE MUST BE EXPERIENCED FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS IN THE SAME OR SIMILAR POSITION,
AGE SHOULD BE ABOVE 25 YEARS OLD,
