Job Description
Primary:- Meeting his individual sale target by selling our CRS products to high end Travel Agents in respective areas set by management.
By:
-Introducing Travel Agents to online CRS System., encouraging them to do bookings through CRS to generate revenue.
-Tapping new Travel Agents for the region who are not our existing partners by organizing road shows, representing/participating in travel exhibitions.
-Periodically visiting, solving and maintaining good relation with Travel Agents in all respects.
-Making and sending consolidated reports on a daily basis.

-Secondary:
-Gathering competitor information
-Continuously updating self on market trends.
Performing other duties as and when required in delivering the primary responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: an MBA/ PGDBM in Sales & Marketing
exp:3 - 4 yrs experience in Tourism/ Travel Hospitality.
Experience in channel sales( Through Travel Agents)
Functional Skill: Knowledge of Market trend of Travel/ Tours is essential.
Should be able to work independently.
Should know and have good rapport with travel agents of Area.
Willing to travel extensively.
Knowledge of local Language is a must.
Managerial Skills: Customer Focus.
Analytical and mathematical ability to understand and assimilate situations.
Proficient in computers (MS Office and Internet)
Ability to negotiate.
Good communication skills.
Positive attitude, Aggressive, go getter, target achiever.
Flexibility in adapting to changes as and when required.
Decision making ability.
