Job Description
B.ARCH with Minimum 2 to 9 years in designing large-scale Commercial projects.

1. Feasibility study of any given project.
2. To Prepare conceptual sketches and preliminary drawing based on the project requirements.
3. To ensure preparation of detailed layouts and plans for projects.
4. To assist Director-Architecture in obtaining approval from statutory bodies/Govt agencies for obtaining sanctions.
5. To ensure preparation of submission documents and drawing (working drawings/ as built drawings) required by various statutory bodies/ Govt agencies/ Marketing/Site.
6. Liaise with structural consultant and other external consultants to obtain drawings and specifications.
7. Attend site meetings to ascertain progress and assist in clarifying any doubts.
