Description :
Aon Corp is a global provider of insurance services, insurance products, insurance advice and web based risk management information systems, as well as other consulting services. Aon Risk Services provides retail property/casualty,liability,and other insurance products for groups and businesses. This project is involved in Develop datawarehouse to analyze what type of insurance policies people preferring and they want to use the company bulk information in efficient manner. The data come from different operational source and then data is transformed and loaded into a centralized datawarehouse for various Strategic business reports. This process used to automate the entire data load on a schedule basis.
Responsibilities :
- Using Data Stage as an ETL tool to extract data from source systems to target system.
- Developing the jobs according to business logic.
- Extensively used processing stages like join, lookup, Funnel,Copy,Transformer,Filter stages in developing jobs
- Extensively used debugging stages like column generator, row generator, peek, for testing purpose.
- Developed Sequences and used different Stages like Execute Command, Job Activity, Notification Activity, Routine Activity, Sequencer, and Wait for File Activity stages.
- Prepared Unit test cases for the jobs.
- Performing unit testing and integration testing.
