Job Description
1.Interior Designers, Architects, with min 2-8 Years exp
2.Candidate to be dedicated to the field of Design, and should take on responsibility voluntarily.
3.To work as part of a design team in an interior design firm in Chennai.
4.Should be able to assess project requirements , conceptualize, design, prepare presentation drawings ,schematic layouts, detailed design and working drawings.
5.Candidate should be proficient in Auto Cad, working knowledge in 3D Max, Photoshop, Corel Draw will be an added advantage.
6.Candidate should have good knowledge in Architectural and Interior detailing.
7.Should be able to prepare Electrical,Lighting, Plumbing, Joinery drawings.
8.Candidate should be capable to handle projects independently.
9.Should be able to prepare presentation drawings and handle Project co-ordination.
10.Overall coordination with Clients,Consultant ,Vendors & Management both in person and through e-mail.
11.Candidate should be proficient in using the internet and email

6.Asks questions and shows initiative in getting the job done on time
7.Experience with AutoCAD software
8. Should be able to assess project requirements from Senior Architect , Conceptualize,design,prepare presentation drawings ,schematic layouts,detailed design and working drawings
9.Overall coordination with Clients,Consultant ,Vendors & Management. In person and through e-mail.
10.Oversee the overall operations of the design office
11.Preparation of architectural Interior design drawings and details.
12.Prepare schedules,Working Drawings,detailed working drawings
13.Suggest and design alternative details that are cost effective and more presentable for discussion with project engineers and Consultants.
14.Creative aspect is very high scoring aspect coupled with practical approach to the overall project delivery. A sense of ownership of respective projects is perhaps the most important criterion in evaluation.
15.Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel software
