Responsibilities :
I took the responsibility of quality checking for the construction and also monitoring site materials requests ,equipments requests needed and coordination with SCM for material delivery & installation. and raising it to the management at appropriate times and also meet R.F.I timeline complete Civil foundation as per plan given by PM target RFI plain .Apart from this I also managed a team of sob contractor and contractors under me . Responsible for bringing the project from earth work excavation to final implementation stage.

Responsibilities :
Indus towers is a passive infrastructure company and build new mobile tower. I took the whole project management as district engineer and responsible for bringing the project from earth work excavation to final implementation stage. Remain at site visit throughout the period of work, preparation of estimates, supervision on works, issuing on the work and taking necessary action in case of violation, checking quality of steel bar binding, shattering ,plaster,depth of concrete as per drawing specification, also checking of concrete mix proportion (M15,M20,M25) and materials at the site visits, checking bills for payment. I coordinated and supervised contractors, labor under work me and made the process clear that I get the daily site work report from supervisor by end of day and report to the immediate Boss.

As a engineer I worked with various type of complex and challenging job handling the running projects. Checking quality of steel bar binding, shattering, depth of concrete as per drawing and materials at the site visits, checking center line, depth, hight and plaster finishing of boundary wall, column and room. Checking bills for payment as per BOQ. I am a good team player and work with the team of builders, contractors and management person.
