Walk-In Interviews for PROJECT MANAGERS , Senior Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects and Team Leads on 24th May , 2008 at PUNE
1). PROJECT MANAGERS:

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management, and ensure quality of deliverables and adherance to timelines.
2. Initiates Projects and estimate efforts
3. Manage Complex projects and associated technologies
4. Handle high-level design and architecture

Education: M.Tech / B.Tech / BE from reputed Institute
Experience: Minimum 12 years with at least 3 years in project Management
Preferred Skill Set:

1. PMI certified PMP professionals with strong knowledge and understanding of software Development , project and testing lifecycles.
2. Proven Ability to lead the motivate teams to ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to timelines
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 / CMMi / ISO 27001 processes
4. Prior experience in executing projects in the telecom domain is preferable.
5. Knowledge of working with agile Methodologies

(2). SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS:
Responsibilities:

1. Develop Codes as per the coding standards and conducts code reviews
2. Understanding of High level Design and participates in the detailed design
3. Identifies and analyse issues that require more attention and works towards flexing defects
4. Maintain Program documentation in accordance with industry standards
5. Responsible for design /development testing of software products / projects and modules
6. Should consistently deliver high quality codes in an efficient manner
7. Should articulate new solutions for changes

Education: M.Tech / B.Tech / BE from reputed Institutes
Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant software experience

Preferred Skill set: (Any one):
C++: Advanced C, C++, Linux, UML, SOAP, Network Protocols, XML, DB Design concepts, MS SQL, exposure to telecom technologies (SS7, TCAP, ISUP, INAP, IN, GSM, GPRS, MMS, SIP, SMPP, SMS, IVR, Video applications)

(3).TECHNICAL ARCHITECTS
Responsibilities:

1. The candidates will work with our R&D and delivery teams to design and Implement IT solutions with complex multi platform technology Solutions.

Educational : M.Tech / B.Tech/BE from reputed Institute
Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in designing and implementation of IT solutions
Preferred Skill Set:
Should have sound knowledge and experience in designing and architecting solutions in one of the following:

1. C/C++ in windows or Unix platfonns
2. .Net
3. Symbian/MIDP/BREW/ J2ME/Windows CEShould display a sound understanding of software development life cycle with pragmatic problem solving skills

The Candidates should have exposure to distributed architecture , SOA architecture using .NET 3.0, WCF and WF, database designing , UML, SOAP ans design Pattern.

Prior experience in telecom technologies like SS7, TCAP, ISUP, INAP, IN, GSM, GPRS, MMS, SIP, SMPP, SMS, VR, Video applications will be an added advantage

(4) TEAM LEADS
Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all technical issues and execution of assigned project tasks, such as planning and designing, coding, reviewing, testing and documentation as per industry standards.
2. Educational Qualification: MTech / BTech / BE from reputed institutes
3. Experience:At least 5 - 7 years of relevant software experience, managing teams
4. Preferred Skill set (Any one):

C++: Advanced C, C++, Linux, UML, SOAP, Network Protocols, XML, DB Design concepts, MS SQL, exposure to telecom technologies (SS7, TCAP, ISUP, INAP, IN, GSM, GPRS, MMS, SIP, SMPP, SMS, IVR, Video applications)
