Walk-in-interview to recruit the following Research personnel on contract basis for the consultancy project titled “NTFP Marketing including Certification” will be conducted as per the details given below

Name of the post : Subject Expert (Level-1)
No. of post : 01
Consolidated monthly emoluments : Rs. 35,000/- (inclusive of all).
Qualification & Experience : 1st class or equivalent in PGDFM or Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/Rural Management or M.Phil in Natural Resource Management. Excellent capabilities in documentation including data analysis, human skills in supervision and coordination, experience in the field of NTFP, Marketing or Certification.

Consolidated monthly emoluments : Rs. 30,000/- (inclusive of all).
Qualification & Experience : 1st class or equivalent in PGDFM or Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/Rural Management/Forestry/Economics or M.Phil in Natural Resource Management. Excellent capabilities in Field studies and report preparation and human skills in supervision, coordination and NGO Networking. Experience in the field of NTFP, Marketing or Certification and willingness to travel in the study area.

Consolidated monthly emoluments : Rs.20,000/- + 20% HRA (Rs.4,000/-) and Rs.500/- as reimbursement of medical insurance premium per month.
Qualification & Experience :
1st Class Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Forestry/Economics or M.Phil in Natural Resource Management/Forestry/Botany/ NET qualified with 2 years experience in relevant field based studies and publication in professional journals. Good inter-personal communication skills, Rural/Natural Resource appraisal studies (PRA/FGD/Sample survey). Willingness to travel in the study area in U.P. OR
Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Forestry/Economics or M.Phil in Natural Resource Management/Forestry/Botany with not less than 50% marks/NET qualified with 3 years experience in relevant field based studies and publication in professional journals. Good inter-personal communication skills, Rural/Natural Resource appraisal studies (PRA/FGD/Sample survey). Willingness to travel in the study area in U.P.

Duration of contract (for all posts) : Up to June, 2013.

i) The Interview will be conducted on 28.12.2012 at 11.00 AM in Room No.39, IIFM, Nehru Nagar, Bhopal. Candidates reporting after 11.00 AM shall not be considered for the interview.
ii) Candidates should bring with them updated CV/Resume in the prescribed format along with self attested copies of all certificates/testimonials and their originals. Candidates may please note that this is a project related position purely on contract basis for the duration mentioned above and have nothing to do with permanent establishment of IIFM.
