Customer Service Representative

Job Profile :
•Handling incoming telephone calls from both existing and prospective customers and dealing with all queries in a professional manner.
•Handling outbound retention calls to retain existing customers in terms of1.Cross selling and up selling products on existing calls2.Making proactive outbound calls to potential new customers.
•To take calls concerning difficult customers/complaints in a polite and professional manner.
•To prepare and dispatch information packs to potential new and existing members.
•To ensure legal compliance with all aspects of the Company’s business
•To demonstrate an all round knowledge of the Company’s products
•To develop and maintain relationships with financial advisers and external organizations
•Attend Team Meetings and new business briefings and contribute positive suggestions.

Experience/Education :
PUC/ Diploma/ Graduate or related degree
1 to 2 Years of experience into sales (in terms of telesales/ up selling/ retention/ cross selling)

Key skills :
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a good telephone manner
Knowledge of UK Mortgage Lending Market and Savings & Investments is beneficial although not essential
