JOB DESCRIPTION AS INVENTORY CONTROLLER :
- Overall In-Charge of stores & inventory movements.
- Control in Issue of Generals Materials.
- Monitoring Fast/ Slow / Non-Moving materials.
- Monitoring the Materials order cost using EOQ method
- Verifying Stock Report in Every Month.
- Calculate the cost price for every assembled product.
- Updating records in ERP, Tally and Excel Sheet.
- Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are heighted, addressed and resolved.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Inventory control : follow up with purchase dept to initiate the purchase order for stock and non-stock material
- Follow up with supplier to expedite deliveries on time
- Monitoring the stock levels of maximum, Minimum, Re-order levels and maintaining the specified levels of materials.
- Forecasting planning organizing and distribution of Materials
- Ensure Proper application of preservatives and identify slow moving, on moving, fast moving, surpluses obsolete scarp separately to ensure proper inventory turnover.
- Preparing and analyzing periodical reports of stock and material movement periodical stock talking/ store audit.
- Coordinating with procurement Dept, clearance dept, suppliers, and main stores.
- Claiming for damaged and shortage of materials with Insurance.
- Ensuring proper stocking, safe and security of materials
- Arranging transport for material distribution.
- Hiring heavy equipments (cranes, Forklift, Aerial Platforms)
- Arranging the Tools &Tackles (Capital tools, Power tools, Hand tools)
- Accountability of tools & Tackles, Office equipment and heavy machinery
