8. The officials so employed on contract basis shall not have any rights what so ever in respect of claiming any permanent post, regularisation or extensions of this contract employment.

9. The officials on contract basis will not confer any right for appointment of any post in South Delhi Municipal Corporation.

10. The candidate selected for engagement will have to sign a contract agreement with the Law Department (HQ), South Delhi Municipal Corporation.

11.Selected candidate will have to join his /her duty within 10 days of issuing of the engagement letter. In case candidate fails to join in the stipulated period his/her claim shall be fortified and next candidate available in the list will be engaged or given the offer to work on contract basis. No communication will be made in this regard.

12.Submission of false information and forged documents will invite rejection, even after appearing for the interview and may invite appropriate penal action.

13. The decision of the Department will be final.
