1.Name of the post : Librarian

Pay Band : Rs.15600- 39100/- plus Grade Pay Rs.8000/-
Qualification : First Class Master’s Degree in Library / Information Science or Associateship in Information Science, Doctoral degree in Library Science.
Experience : Minimum 10 years inline experience at executive level in an Academic/Research Institution of repute. Preference will be given to the applicants who have been associated with the development of libraries in technical/management subjects and also who have sound knowledge and practical experience of managing a state-of-art library in a highly automated, integrated and networked environment.
2.Name of the post : Programme Manager (Academic Services/Business Development)

Pay Band : Rs.15600- 39100/- plus Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Qualification : Master of Business Administration or equivalent Master’s Degree/ LLB.
Experience : Minimum 8 years inline experience at executive level in Business Development, organizing Management Development Programmes and various other related activities in Educational/Research Institutes of repute. Excellent analytical, business and communications skills with exposure in computer applications are necessary.
3.Name of the post : Manager (Computing Services)

Qualification : BE / B. Tech in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
Experience : Minimum 8 years in-line experience at executive level in Corporate/Government/Public Sector organizations/Educational/ Research Institutes. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and augmenting a completely networked environment involving state-of art technologies.
ME/M.Tech specialized in computers with minimum of 6 years relevant experience will also be considered.

IIML Invites applications for the following posts;
1. Name of the post : Chief Administrative Officer
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/Public Administration, or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Company Secretary/B.Tech/ M. Tech with first class academic record.
Experience:
i) Minimum 15 years of administrative experience in a senior position, preferably in Educational Institutions of higher learning, Government Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies and Commercial Organisations of repute. Applicants should have adequate grasp of financial, purchase, personnel, legal, conducting Board meetings, preparation of agenda notes and recording minutes of meetings, campus management/development related activites and flair for serving educational institutions.
ii) Retired/Voluntary retired persons having sound health around 60 years of age or below may also apply if they are willing to work on contract basis on consolidated emoluments.
iii) The Officer will be responsible to supervise and direct all administrative functions and maintain close rapport with faculty for various academic activities. Will report to and be responsible to the Director of the Institute. The campus stay is compulsory for which Institute will provide suitable unfurnished accommodation on the campus.

Pay Band : Rs.15600- 39100/- plus Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Qualification: MBA or equivalent Post Graduate Degree in any Social Science/LLB/Diploma in Management.
Experience: Minimum 10 years administrative in-line experience out of which 5 years should be in the next lower Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100 + GP 5400/-. The candidates should be having experience of working in Educational Institutions of higher learning, Government Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies dealing with Establishment related matters, framing of Establishment Policies, Implementation of Rules and Regulations, Knowledge of FRs & SRs, command over spoken and written English and drafting of official notes, communications skills etc. Persons having working experience of Higher learning Educational Institutes will be given preference. Should be well versed in computer applications
3. Name of the post : Resident Medical Officer
Pay Band : Rs.15600-39100/- plus Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Qualification: MBBS / MD from reputed University.
Experience: Minimum 5 years post registration practice/service experience. The person we are looking for will be in-charge of the Health Centre at campus. In addition to attending to the patients, he will be required to co-ordinate all related functions to provide over all Health Care Services. The campus stay is compulsory for which Institute will provide unfurnished accommodation on the campus.
