1. Name of the Post : Commercial Manager
Number of Post : 1
Scale of Pay : Rs. 12930-340-13610-380-16650-450-20250 (2004 pay revision)
Gross emoluments : Rs. 32000/- per month.
Age : Not more than 35 years, with due relaxation in deserving cases.
Method of recruitment : Contract appointment for thee years.
Educational Qualification :
i) Graduate in any subject.
ii) MBA from a reputed institute.
iii)Additional qualification in Logistics or transport management desirable.
Experience :
Experience in marketing in one or more of the following areas preferred :
i) Construction and repair of boats, barges and other marine vessels,
back water tourism activities, inland water transport
ii) In the absence of candidates having this experience, minimum two year experience in marketing / transportation / logistics in a reputed company.

2. Name of the post : Marketing Manager

Pay : Rs. 30000.00 consolidated per month.
Age : Not exceeding 35 years
Method of appointment : Contract
Educational qualification :
i) A Graduate in an subject
ii) MBA from a reputed institute.
Experience : Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing / transportation / logistics field in a large company / organisation.

3. Name of the Post : Manager (Civil )
Number of post : 1
Pay : Rs. 30000/- per month consolidated
Qualification and experience : Graduate in Civil Engineering
Preferably have experience in execution of works in any of the areas related to waterways and canals such as;
Age : Not more than 45 years
i) Dredging of canals, side protection of canals
ii) Construction of jetties, Construction and repair of Locks and shutters
Method of recruitment : Contract for a period of one year, but extendable. Higher starting pay and longer term will be considered in deserving cases.

4. Name of the Post : Asst Manager ( Civil )
Number of post : 1
Pay : Rs. 20000/- per month consolidated
Age : Not more than 45 years
Qualification and experience : Diploma in Civil Engineering
Preferably have experience in execution of works in any of the areas related to waterways and canals such as:Dredging of canals, side protection of canals,Construction of jetties, Construction and repair of Locks and shutters
Method of recruitment : Contract for a period of one year, but extendable. Higher starting pay and longer term will be considered in deserving cases.

5. Name of the post : Assistant Mechanical Engineer
Number of Post : 1
Age : Not exceeding 35 years
Scale of pay : Rs. 11910-340-13610-380-16650-450- 19350 (2004 pay revision)
Method of appointment : Contract / permanent
Educational qualification : A Graduate in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience : One or two years experience in Ship building and ship repair industry preferred..

6. Name of the post : Mechanic
