Job Description
The successful candidates will have a degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in handling MEP projects, with exposure to a consultancy or developer.

Desired Candidate Profile
The selected Design Manager will be responsible for reviewing the Consultant’s submittal in relation to MEP design/ scope/ budget with the objective of ensuring its conformance to the programme and the overall project scope. He/She will also be responsible for ensuring all MEP systems are installed and functioning at the time of handover and operations.
