Company Profile : NECO GROUP OF COMPANY (POWER PLANT) Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited which started in 1976 as a small scale iron foundry unit at Nagpur is the flagship company of Neco Group of Industries which has now become an integrated steel plant of 1 Million Tonne capacity through Blast Furnace route, Sinter Plant, Oxygen Plant, Coke Oven, Power Generation with one of the finest infrastructural facilities at its Siltara, Raipur Plant. It produces alloy steel bars and rods from 5 mm in coils to 60 mm bars. Another Unit at Siltara produces narrow width HR Coils.Now it also has its own Coal and Iron Ore mines in the State of Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand and has undertaken setting up of Thermal Power Stations of 3240 MW in the State of Chhattisgarh and 500 MW in Jharkhand in the next few years.

JOB PROFILE& RESPONSIBILITY : -- Presently working As an Engineer in Operation of Power Plant.- O&M of 40 TPH AFBC fired BOILER, 3*30TPH Oil fired Boiler and its auxiliaries, 65 MW condensing Turbine and its auxiliaries.- Performance monitoring and maintain the require parameter forsmooth and efficient operation.- Planning of effective maintenance schedule of boiler, turbine and their auxiliaries like condenser, ejector, cooling tower, air compressor etc.- Synchronizing the TG Set with Grid Power.- Coordinating the different department and working people.- Emergency handling of Boiler as well as turbine.
- Involved in Smooth Desk Operation and Mechanical Maintenance of Thermal Power Plant & its auxiliaries. Monitoring the performance and maintaining the required parameter for running the operation smoothly and efficiently.
Having Sound knowledge of Steam Turbine, Various Type of BOILER (AFBC, BLAST FURNACE GAS – OIL Fired & WHRB) , ASH HANDLING PLANT, Fuel Handling like…(Furnace Oil, HSD Oil) COAL HANDLING PLANT, DM PLANT, SCREW COMPRESSOR etc.
Involved in checking field Boiler and TG water report analysis and instruct the DM plant operator to fulfill the desired requirement of water.

Plant Start up : Boiler Light up & Turbine Rolling in Various Conditions. Supervision of all the equipments for their functioning and attending to all the problems encountered. Planned Shutdown of unit for Maintenance activities etc.
To Look after Maintenance of High Pressure Boilers & Turbine and their auxiliaries. Plan and Execute Breakdown and preventive maintenance on all rotating and static equipments.
Guide & lead a team of skilled and unskilled technicians to perform Proper Lubrications and equipments checks in shift as per schedule and instructions. Expertise on Troubleshooting of Rotating equipment and fault diagnosis.
Shift routine daily entries in the control room log sheet, Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required, Provides on the job training for Lead Field Operators.For six months in Mech. Maintenance department with planned preventive Maintenance schedules.- Handling all the activities during unit shut down.- Manpower handling & proper utilization.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION :
B.E. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Raipur Institute of technology, Raigarh(C.G.) Aggregate – 73.86% year 2011.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
-Passed High School Certificate Examination in the year 2005 with 80% from Chhattisgarh Board, Raipur
- Passed Higher Secondary School certificate Examination in the year 2007 with 83.64% from C.G. Board, Raipur.
