Project : Fabrication & Erection of pipeline for hot annealing & pickling line.
Project description :
Project includes the welding of PP(poly propeleyne) pipes ranges from 0.5inch to 12inches. Butt weld is done for this pipes by hydraulic pressure. Basically it consist of pre pickling line, mixed acid line(1&2), final rinse line etc,... As this material can withstand hot acids easily under high concentration. its life is also more and free from corrosion. Butterfly valves, ball valves, control valves, PRV, PCV, gate valves are different components. First pipe is heated for high temperature approx, 240degree by using a heating mirror and placed in between both pipes and pressure is applied and let it cool. It contains pressure line,drain line,suction line and discharge line. loose flanges are welded for installing on mechanical equipments. stainless steel bolts and nuts are used to couple it.

Worked as project engineer in selam steel plant, steel authority of india selam for expansion project from the company SUU-BAG ENGG AND PIPING SYSTEMS. under contract of ANDRITZ TECHNOLOGIES PVT Ltd. major client was ANDRITZ TECHNOLOGIES PVT Ltd. i worked for a year and completed the project.

- Preparation of G.A Drawings and Isometrics based on P&ID.
- Study of drawings, providing instructions on site.
- Ensure Compliance with the daily plan.
- Develop productivity, in-built qualities, worker ethics.
