Job Description
EskoArtwork is looking for Team Leader position for Systems Integration team at Global Resource Center (GRC) located in Bangalore, India. You will lead a team of programmers to provide enterprise wide systems integration solutions between various business systems (ERP/MIS) and EskoArtwork software suite of applications.

Your responsibilities
•Manage technical aspects and guide team members on implementation
•Analyzing requirement specification and carry out feasibility analysis
•Preparation of work breakdown structure and effort estimation
•Architect and design the desired solution as per requirement specification
•Task allocation along with progress monitoring and reporting
•Translation of design into quality code
•Interact with project manager on project status and resolution of critical issues
•Provide second level support for production issues
•Technical responsibility of project success with focus on client satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile
Your profile
•Bachelors degree with 6-7 years of work experience in software development lifecycle in which 2 years should be leading a development team
•Strong knowledge of client server and web application architecture and programming with relational databases
o With Java, J2EE, Struts, Tomcat and JBOSS
o SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL relational databases
o Eclipse IDE, JMS, XML and WebServices
•Internationalization, QA, Support and Documentation skills are mandatory
•Knowledge of .NET programming and ERP systems especially SAP would be an added advantage
•CAD, JDF, Graphics and Packaging industry knowledge is a plus
•Ability to work as part of a global team with good communication skills (written and spoken English) Any other foreign business language would be highly advantageous
•Good analytical skills and self initiative to learn new technologies
•Ability to travel at short notice
