I would like to put it in to kind notice that I am a Registered Nurse with post graduation experience of 4 years 5 months in ortho and neuro intensive care unit, medical and surgical ward and as a clinical instructor respectively in four specialty hospitals in India. I am doing Registration bridging program for overseas qualified nurses in John fawkner Pvt Hospital (Under health scope) in Melbourne and in the process of AHPRA registration as RN Div 1 in Victoria.

During the brief period of training in Australia, I got an excellent exposure to Australia’s health care system and was able to adapt to it quickly. The surgical ward I am working included immediate post operative care of patients with different ortho and general surgeries. This department has enabled me to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

My nursing skills include excellent assessment skills, managing emergency situations, competency in BLS, case specific post operative care, pain management skills, aseptic dressing skills, etc. My strengths are dedication to my profession, loyalty to my employer, excellent communication skills (IELTS score -7.5), sound nursing skills and theoretical knowledge, advanced computer knowledge and good interpersonal relationships. I have keen interest to learn new skills and update my knowledge to grow professionally.

I would like to work as full time RN, which will help my career and also benefits the employer.
