QUALIFICATION :
1. GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE) :
i) Membership of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (OR)
ii) Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (OR)
iii) First Class MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government (Full Time Courses only).

2. ADDITIONAL GENERAL MANAGER / DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER (PERSONNEL & ADMINISTRATION) :(Full Time Courses only)
i) First Class in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government.
ii) Desirable - Graduate in Law.

3. DEPUTY MANAGER (MECHANICAL / ELECTRONICS /RADAR/ ELECTRICAL /COMPUTERS : (Full Time Courses only)
i) First Class Degree (or 5-Years Integrated Course) in Engineering or Technology in relevant field from recognized University / Institution or equivalent course.
ii) For Deputy Manager (Radar) - Preference will be given to Post Graduate (ECE) with specialization in Microwave & Radar Engg.

4. DEPUTY MANAGER (IMM) : (Full Time Courses only):
First Class Degree (or 5-Years Integrated Course) in Engineering or Technology in any field from recognized University / Institution or equivalent course with First Class MBA/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in Material Management/Supply Chain Management of 2 years duration from University/Institution recognized by Government.

5. DEPUTY MANAGER (LIAISON) : (Full Time Courses only)
First Class Degree or equivalent in any discipline, awarded by Universities/Institutions recognized by the Government.

6. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FINANCE) :
i) Membership of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India OR
ii) Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR
iii) First Class MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government (Full Time Courses only).

SELECTION PROCEDURE : For the posts of GM, AGM, DGM, and DM are by Interview and for Management Trainees are by Written Test & Interview. The final selection of the candidate(s) is based on the merit.

APPLICATION FEE : Rs.400/-
Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Bharat Dynamics Limited” payable at Hyderabad (OR) payment of Rs.400/- through online module. Applicants should send DD/online payment slip along with registration Slip & Bio-Data form.

How to Apply :
i) Applications should be submitted strictly ONLINE by logging on to BDL Website.

ii) Online Application Opens from 15-12-2012 & Closes on 02-01-2013 at 1600 hrs

iii) On submission and acceptance of application, the System will generate Registration Number and the candidates have to print the registration slips.

iv) Bio-Data (as per proforma at Annexure - I) to
