- Supervision of day to day general accounting, work of subordinates, handling the end to end billing process from sales order punching activity & raising Invoices for export sales and commission till Invoice dispatch activity.
- Bill Passing and checking of statutory compliances of TDS, Vat, Service tax & import duty and handling various MIS report to CFO / Sales departments in form of various reports relating to amount receivable from customers, bill raised, bills to be raised and pending orders.
- Control over sundry debtors & creditors, checking of sundry creditors aging and releasing payments / advance payments to suppliers as per terms and conditions and review and track the regular collections, analysed the gap areas on periodical basis, identified the improvement and forwarded MIS report for development and reconciled accounts for various customers as and when required.
- Preparing export / import documents and preparing of L/C documents and L/C discounting procedures
- Financial planning for the investment in fixed deposit, mutual funds, LIC and various properties.
- Coordination with the internal and statutory auditor and compliance of statutory dues.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION :
- Education qualification – B.Com (Hons.) with 1st division form Utkaluniversity, 1994.
- Professional qualification – Passed CA Inter Gr 1, November, 1996
