    Food Safety Commissioner Reporting System
    This Online system provides the facility for the State Food Safety Commissioners to report the status of implementation of Food Safety & Standards (FSS) Act, 2006 to FSSAI.

    The Online system facilitates the following:
    ** States to report the status to FSSAI in a uniform and structured format.

    ** Build a database of implementation status of FSS Act of various states.

    ** Enable FSSAI to generate MIS out of this system for any decisions and further reporting to Ministry.

    To access and report the status of implementation of FSS Act, through this online system, the State Food Safety Commissioners, need to logon with the username and password provided by FSSAI.

    It is a web enabled system, hence can be used 24* 7 by the stakeholders. The stakeholders can access this online system through any web browser.

    How do I report a potential food safety incident?

    The consumer should complain to the Food Safety Officer / Designated Officer /DC of the area or Food Safety Commissioner of the State.

    One of our client who is holding IEC,wants to import FROZEN FISH by air and sea caro. We want to know whether it is mandate to register in FSSAI to do the import clearance at chennai customs and to sell or use for their own purpose. Kindly confirm.
