    Job Description
    We are a large group Head quartered at Dubai UAE. We have presence in 30 countries. We have an establish leadership position in the Satellite DTH equipment market and have our interests in Real Estate, Construction, Logistics and Commodities trading. We are presently looking for CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, responsible for managing the entire finance for the GROUP.
    The Role Description
    The CFO partners with the Chairman, The leadership Team, and the Business unit Heads, in all aspects of Corporate Management such as in Corporate Planning, Strategic management, Business Performance Monitoring & Review and administration etc for all the business units globally.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    This role is responsible for enhancing the performance of the businesses division globally covering the entire geography by formulating and implementing financial strategies needed to boost growth and support the business needs. The position directly reports into the CHAIRMAN / CEO. The role involves working closely with top 5 consultants on the business side of strategy and planning:
    In addition the role also has the following prime responsibilities:
    ? Advise and assist the Chairman in formulation of strategies, advise and manage funds, investments & acquisitions
    ? Monitor the performance & support all the activities of operational departments i.e. sales, marketing, purchase and commercial, technical and initiate and monitor business reviews periodically.
    ? Must efficiently coordinate and monitor the support functions such as Legal, Administration, HR etc., and develop strategies and best practices
    ? Capability to handle financial & management accounting, budgeting, MIS, Internal controls, IT / ERP management. Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors, regulatory authorities, bankers and insurance companies.
    ? Must have a good understanding of the business environment and opportunities in the Middle East and Africa / GCC. Industry knowledge of Electronics and I.T Distribution is a strong preference. Alternately industry experience in consumer electronics may be considered.

    Key Respectively Area
    Reporting to the Site In Charge, the shift in charge is responsible for overall operation of the shift including all the activities and has accountability for the performance of the forecourt convenience stores and overall site/[shop] presentation. Some of the principle responsibilities are listed below;
    - Coustmer Service : Must ensure that outstanding customer service is maintained at all the times by all the staff and the customer complaints are handled in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
    - Site Management; Responsible for the achievement of budgeted targets though sales and profit generation , cash and inventory control. Inventory shrinkage control expence control and superior maintenance of site image and company standard.
    - Administrative Responsibilities : Monitoring and analyzing of all shift reports and investigating any anomalies. Compiling of the daily shop financial report, placing stock orders and supervising their receipts, develop and maintain stock loss reports, maintain store correspondence and staff rosters, time sheet and personal records.
    - Merchandise Management : Ensure that sufficient stock of all the products is available, planogram and monthly promotion display and maintained.
