Walk in interview for the following position purely on contractual basis under the Punjab Forest Department funded project entitled “Monitoring and evaluation of the works carried out by Punjab Forest Department under all schemes including Greening Punjab Mission" and Setting up of a large clonal nursery for production of at least 50-60 lakh clonal plants per annum in Punjab" will be held on 17th December, 2012 at 11.00 pm onwards in the Office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Forest Complex, Sector 68, Mohali, Punjab.

Stipend and Tenure : Stipend is Rs.12000/-(Rupees Twelve thousand only) per month for JRF.
Minimum Educational/ Technical qualification : First class M. Sc. Forestry
Desirable : Field experience in Nursery & Plantation activities

2.Name of the project : Setting up of a large clonal nursery for production of at least 50-60 lakh clonal plants per annum in Punjab (PI: Dr. H.S. Ginwal, Scientist F, G&TP Division)
Name of the post : Junior Research Fellow
No. of post : Three (3)
Age : Upper age limit is 28 years
Stipend and Tenure : Stipend is Rs.12000/-(Rupees Twelve thousand only) per month for JRF.
Minimum Educational/ Technical qualification : First class M. Sc. Forestry
Desirable : Field experience in tree improvement and clonal nursery

3.Name of the project : Monitoring and evaluation of the works to be carried out by Punjab Forest Department under all schemes including Greening Punjab Mission

Minimum Educational/ Technical qualification : Retired ACF/Forest Range officer with experience of more than 20 years in Nursery and Plantation Management
Emolument per month : Rs. 15000/- per month + Rs. 1500/- Conveyance charges
