SSPD/BLR/001 : Senior PHP Developer

Social DNA Labs is looking for passionate developers to join Social DNA Labs development team. We seek motivated and creative individuals that truly love what they do. Job Description :
** Using a standards-based approach towards development of enterprise-class web applications.
** Construct and support integrations that are easy to manage, maintain, customize, and configure
** Ensure overall reliability, security, availability, and high-performance code.
** Meet aggressive deadlines while working under pressure, dedication to building high-quality deliverables while being thorough in all aspects of the development lifecycle.
** Analyze system issues and problems and implement solutions rapidly; formulate/use design patterns wherever applicable.
** Communicate feasibility and business-goal-related aspects of requested applications/feature changes to the senior management.
** Write unit tests for the produced solutions.

Requirements :
** At least 3 to 5 years of experience solving highly complex problems related to implementation and analysis of enterprise-class PHP/MySQL-based solutions.
** Proficiency with implementing e-commerce solutions using multi-vendor payment gateways such as PayPal, credit cards, bank transfers, etc.
** Experience in design and architecture of web applications using appropriate design patterns.
** Demonstrated experience with robust, object-oriented JavaScript/jQuery for AJAX application development.
** Strong analytical skills with experience mining and manipulating data from various sources (flat files, Relational Databases, XML, JSON, etc.)
** Strong communication skills.

Preferred skills :
** Experience with version control systems such as CVS and SVN.
** Experience with writing test cases using tools such as PHPUnit and qUnit.
** Experience developing applications with Amazon web services (S3, EC2, etc.).
** Experience on other open-source technologies such as CodeIgniter, Doctrine, etc. will be an added advantage
