INDIAN BANK, a leading Public Sector Bank, with headquarters in Chennai invites applications from Retired Bank Executives / Officers for Engagement as Faculty on contract basis for its ISO-9001-2008 certified Training College (IMAGE – Indian Bank Management Academy for Growth & Excellence) at Chennai
Retired Executives / Officers of Public Sector Banks at the level of Assistant General Manager / Chief Manager who satisfy the following eligibility criteria are invited to submit the application on or before 17.12.2012.
Name of the post : Assistant General Manager / Chief Manager
Eligibility : Retired Officers in Scale V and Scale IV from Public Sector Banks.
Maximum age limit (As on 01.07.2012) : 65 years
No of Vacancy : One vacancy in each area of specialization
Designation : Faculty on Contract basis.
Place of posting : Chennai (IMAGE)
Termination of contract : By giving one month notice on either side.
Area of specialization required (one vacancy in each specialization) :
1. Credit including Infrastructure Financing,
2. Foreign Exchange & Treasury,
3. Risk Management,
4. Marketing,
5. General Banking.
Experience : Minimum five years experience in the chosen area of specialization.
Remuneration : Last drawn Pay less Pension. For outstation stay: TA and DA as per the eligibility of the cadre in which they last worked in their earlier Bank service.
Period of Contract : One year, extendable upto a maximum of three years subject to review of performance every year.
Nature of job : Preparation & handling sessions of in-house programs at Training colleges. Coordinating the programs as per the directions of the Principal of Training college. Offering consultancy services to Corporate Office as and when required
