2. Your admission to the above said examination is provisional & strictly subject to submission of:
i) this Call Letter affixing latest photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / Tehsildar or Deputy Tehsildar / Principal of Govt aided schools or colleges or institutions.

ii) NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from employer, in case you are employed under Central Government / State Government / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous body.

iii) copy of Community Certificate as per the format prescribed by DoPT vide letter No.36033/28/94-Estt (Res) dated 02.07.1997 read with OM No.36011/3/2009/Estt (Res) dated 02.09.2009, in case you belongs to Backward Caste & claiming to be OBC. The certificate of OBC including the creamy layer status should have been obtained not earlier than 06.08.2010.

3. You are advised to satisfy the eligibility with regard to requirements notified in the said advertisement, before appearing for examination. If any information or claim furnished by you is found to be incorrect at any stage of recruitment, your candidature will be cancelled. Decision of this Department is final in this regard.

4. At the time of commencing the examination, you will be supplied with OMR sheet for marking answers, you are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
i) Correct choice has to be darkened completely using HB Pencil / Black Ball Point Pen. Hence, you are advised to bring your own stationery items (Pencil / Ball Point Pen / Sharpener / Eraser).
ii) Scratching, Overwriting, ticking / marking more than 01 (One) answer will be considered as void and will not fetch marks.

5. You are not permitted to carry Calculators, Mobile Phones, Pagers or any other electronic devices / goods into the Examination Hall.

6. You will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 11.00 hrs.

7. A copy of this Call letter may be retained with you, as the original one duly attested by the Gazetted Officer is required to be handed over to the Invigilator.

8. No Travelling Allowance is admissible for your journey to appear for the said examination. However, if you belongs to SC/ST category, coming from outstation, second class train fare by the shortest route from the place of residence or from the place of actual journey whichever is nearer to the place of written examination is admissible only on production of community certificate, documentary evidence (tickets) provided the fare for the first 30 kms was borne by you and an unemployment certificate from an MLA/MP/Gazetted Officer is produced. Travelling fare will not be reimbursed in case you are employed.

9. No request will be entertained for change of Venue / Date / Time fixed for examination scheduled, under any circumstances & this Department is not liable for postal delay.

10. The result of the Written Examination will be displayed in NFC website – nfc.gov.in, tentatively before 29.12.2012. Candidates qualified in the above said examination will have to appear for Personal Interview as per the dates mentioned in the website. The interviews will be held from January 2, 2013 onwards. While appearing for Personal Interview, you should submit all the documents [(Educational Qualifications, Age, Community / Caste in original, else you are not permitted to attend Interview.

11. Mere attending for above said examination does not entitle any right to claim for Interview / Employment.

12. Canvassing in any form is a disqualification.
