Professional Experience :
Working as Building Trade Senior Lead Carpenter in PWD-N, Camp Virginia, CSA, Limited (US Army), Kuwait since Nov 2005.
Working as Building Trade Supervisor in ITT since Feb 12th, 2011 to 2012 march in Kuwait

Responsibilities :
Handling a team of 25 employees including carpenters and seniors carpenters and train them to ensure to meet the SOP as per US Army.
Inspect the completed construction such as partitions, office cabins, counter and receptions. Ensure that all the works are done as per the plan provided by the command cell and coordinating with the QC Inspector for the final finishing acceptance.
Train the employees to operate heavy duty power saws, sanders, band saws and other wood working machinery, sharpen hand tools etc., as per the Standard Operating Procedure.
Ensure that the work orders generated by the army soldiers are completed on time and updates the work order status to the command cell on a daily basis.
If necessary, do all kinds of plumbing, canvas jobs related to the US Army housing facilities as per the standard of the US Army standards.
Ensure that all the power equipments and machineries are in the good condition as per the standard specification to ensure the employee safety.
Reporting directly supervisor on a regular basis and ensure that the weekly, monthly reports reaching the Department Manager at the scheduled time frame.

Worked as a Lead Carpenter at Arabian Petro Chemical Company in Saudi Arabia from May 1989 to May 1995.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate with operation supervisor for executing the carpentry related jobs as per maintenance work orders.
Execute the jobs as per the instruction / direction of line supervisors.
Evaluate man-hours / material / tools and arrange man power, safe work permits and carry out the jobs.
Fulfill safety requirements for the job monitoring the jobs given necessary guidance to the sub-originates to complete the job in time.
Provide job completion report and actual man hours report to the supervisor.
Carryout special/ important jobs as per the direct instruction from the section department manger.
Order materials for carpentry jobs/ get approval/ execute jobs are per operation maintenance request at PETTOKEMYA
Carryout all kinds of fabrication/installation/repair carpentry works.
Alter, repair inspect and construct of wood, such as partitions counters, door, construct, assemble, install and repair cabinets, book cases, tables, chairs, drawers, desks and related items.
