RECRUITMENT RULES FOR THE POST OF SENIOR RESIDENT IN VARIOUS FIELDS

1. Name of the post : SENIOR RESIDENTS [RADIOTHERAPY (CLINICAL ONCOLOGY)]
Upper Age Limit : 33 years;
No. of Posts : 16
Pay Scale : 15,600 - 39,100 + GP 6600/- (PB-3)
Qualifications : MBBS or equivalent qualification recognised by MCI ii).Post Graduate qualifications like MD/ DipNB in Radiotherapy/Radiation Oncology/Clinical Oncology recognised by the Medical Council of India
Experience : Desirable
i). Additional training or qualification in the specialized clinical or research procedures pertaining to oncology.
ii). Research publications in the concerned speciality.

2.Name of the post : SENIOR RESIDENTS (RADIODIAGNOSIS)
Upper Age Limit : 33 years;
No. of Posts : 06
Pay Scale : 15,600 - 39,100 + GP 6600/- (PB-3)
Qualifications : MBBS or equivalent qualification recognised by MCI ii).Post Graduate qualifications like MD/DipNB in Radiodiagnosis/Radiology recognised by the Medical Council of India.
Experience : Desirable
i). Additional training or qualification in the specialized clinical or research procedures pertaining to oncology.

3.Name of the post : SENIOR RESIDENTS (PATHOLOGY)

Qualifications : MBBS or equivalent qualification recognised by MCI ii).Post Graduate qualifications like MD/DNB in Pathology recognised by the Medical Council of India

4.Name of the post : SENIOR RESIDENTS (LABORATORY MEDICINE)

5.Name of the post : SENIOR RESIDENTS (ANAESTHESIA & CRITICAL MEDICINE)

Pay Scale : 15,600 - 39,100 + GP 6600/- (PB-3)
Qualifications :
i) MBBS or equivalent qualification recognised by MCI
ii)Post Graduate qualifications like MD//DNB in Anaesthesia recognised by the Medical Council of India
Experience : Desirable:
i) Additional training or qualification in the specialized clinical or research procedures pertaining to oncology.
ii) Research publications in the concerned speciality.

6.Name of the post : SENIOR RESIDENTS (CANCER SURGERY)
Upper Age Limit : 33 years;
No. of Posts : 03
Pay Scale : 10,940-11,650/- + allowances as per AIIMS
Qualifications :
i) MBBS or equivalent qualification recognised by MCI
ii)Post Graduate qualifications like MS/MD/DNB in General Surgery/ENT/Gynaecology from recognised, full fledged, dedicated cancer hospital.
(iii) MS/MD/DNB in ENT or General Surgery/ENT/Gynaecology with 2years experience from a dedicated cancer hospital after post graduation OR MCh in Cancer Surgery/GI Surgery/CTVS/Paediatrics/ Urology/Gynaecology from a recognised hospital preferably with experience in surgery of cancers at the concerned sites.
Experience : Desirable:
i)Additional training or qualification in the specialized clinical or research procedures pertaining to oncology.
ii) Research publications in the concerned speciality

How to Apply :
i) Walk in Interviews for Senior Resident shall be held on 15th December 2012 at 10 AM in the office of the director, DSCI for appointment on ad-hoc basics for an initial period of six Months(Extendable) for this state-of-the-art Institute.

ii) Desirous candidates, possessing requisite qualifications may report for personal interview at 09:00 AM along with their resume, coloured passport size photograph and copies of relevant certificates(Original Certificates should be brought for scrutiny).
