Experience : From Feb 2007 to Dec 2007
- Worked as UT, MT & PT Technician with M/S SCAN STAR INSPECTION, CHENNAI. TAMIL NADU, INDIA at following site.
- Worked at M/S LUCAS TVS, CHENNAI. Carried out Thickness survey, magnet particle inspection, dye penetrant inspection on piping and boilers & vessels. Also performed UT Scanning on butt welds plates and piping.
- Worked at M/S HYUNDAI CAR COMPANY, SIPCOT, CHENNAI. During shut down and have performed UT weld scanning at butt welds and also performed Dye penetrant test and UT Thickness Survey on heat exchangers and boiler and vessels.

From Jan 2008 to Sep 2008 :
- Worked as UT, MT&PT Technician with M/S WHEELS INDIA LTD. CHENNAI, INDIA.
- Carried out Dye penetrant test on disc assembly also on butt welds and tee joints.
- Performed Ultrasonic Scanning with Kraut kramer USM 35X Flaw detector. Dye penetrant test also performed with both water washable and solvent removable methods and Magnet particle Testing with both visible and fluorescent methods wheel rim butt welds.
- Worked at M/S BRAKES INDIA LTD. CHENNAI and have performed UT Lamination check on piping and also performed corrosion check on vessel and heat exchangers.

ABROAD EXPERIENCE :-
From SEP 2008 TO JULY 2009 Joined with NDT&CORROSION CONTROL SERVICES, DAMMAM, SAUDI ARABIA as NDT Technician
- Worked at IBN RUSHUD, YANBU during shutdown and have performed Dye penetrant testing and UT Thickness survey on Vessels, Heat Exchangers and piping
- Worked at Multi Technician at Riyadh Refinery for Shut down job performed RT, MT, PT, UT Jobs.
- Worked at UT Technician at M/S Hyundai Heavy Industries, Jubail for short term jobs performed UT Shear wave& Lamination on piping and plates.
- Worked at UT Technician at M/S Star Saipem, Dammam Port for short term works performed UT Shear wave & Lamination on piping.
- Worked as UT Technician in various Projects at Jubail on call basis.

Worked as Multi Technician for various project at jubail on call basis on performing MT, PT, UT Jobs.
Worked as Multi Technician in Yanbu Refinery T&I Shut down project and performing UT,MT & PT Jobs.
Worked as UT Technician in IBN RUSHUD Yanbu during shut down project performing UT Thickness Survey on vessels, exchangers.

PROJECT NAME :
ZAWTIKA WELLHEAD PLATFORMS PHASE 1 THAILAND.
Carried out UT scanning at Structure Weld As per procedure AWS CLASS X & AWS CLASS R and during performed HRS AND IRS Ring Butt weld joints as per AWS procedure.
Carried out UT scanning at TKY Joints as per procedure API RP 2X LEVEL- C

Responsibilities:
- Carried out Ultrasonic Corrosion Checking on Pressure Vessels, Tank, Exchanger, column etc. Lamination check or raw materials, Column & Vessels shell side.
- Carried out Magnet particle testing of welds in column circumference weld .
- NDT documents reviewing, updating & RT Report preparation.
- Visual Inspection, Interpretation reporting and documents as per ASME Sec B.31.3 and Din Standard.
- Functional as UT gauging inspector for doing corrosion survey of machine vessels according to classification rules.
