FINAL YEAR (B.E) PROJECT :
DESIGN OF SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL FOR 100KW POWER GENERATION
A detailed study on planar Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) with different support structure i.e. electrodes (anode, cathode) and electrolyte supports, interconnects and their material of construction were studied. Design was done on the basis of performance parameters that include flowrate of fuel, flowrate of oxygen, temperature and pressure for generation of 100kW power. Various overpotentials have also been calculated.
MASTERS PROJECT :
SYNTHESIS OF PALLADIUM NANOPARTICLE BY CAVITATION FOR CATALYTIC APPLICATION
Palladium is of importance because of its known catalytic activity in synthesis. Nanoparticles are characterized by an extremely large surface to volume ratio, and their properties are determined mainly by the behavior of their surface. Nanoparticles have been synthesized by a variety of methods. A simple pulse sonication technique is used here to synthesize highly dispersed palladium nanoparticles
