Role includes :
- Understanding client needs and requirements
- Ensuring day-to-day execution related communication with client
- Develops and manages client relationships
- Complete ownership of the execution of all the client servicing and business development activities and documentation as per the systems & processes
- Develop industry understanding, keeping the cleint list/information up to date
- Developing first drafts for proposals, quotations, client presentations etc
- Ensuring execution of all tasks and tactical activities involved in achieving the objectives of the client serviced
- Groom and coach new joinees on organizational and client servicing processes and systems
