NATURE OF WORK
- Review vendor’s material submittals and verify their quality plan for review and approval
- Review/witness/carrying out examination and testing at all identified stages of production.
- Carrying out material receiving inspection for the entire piping system.
- Preparing WPS and establish PQR as per codes and standards and
under the surveillance of SAUDI ARAMCO.
- Preparation of Quality control procedures and method statements.
- Study and analysis of P&ID, plot plans, general arrangement drawings and isometrics.
- Grit blasting and painting Inspection.
- Welding inspection on main line, repair welding as well as inspection of materials,
fit-up & visual inspection of completed welds on structural assemblies and piping spools.

- Organize/witness holiday testing for the wrapping and coating of under ground piping.
- Issue non-conformance report (NCR) and ensure that corrective action is taken.
- Inspection in accordance with ASME, API, ASTM, ISO & ARAMCO standards.
- Witnessing of hydro/pneumatic testing of spools for fabrication completed line.
- Test package preparation for hydro/pneumatic/visual, steam tracing.
- Ensuring calibration of measuring instruments as required.
- Verifying of WPS / PQR for the job assigned.
