Job Description:
Organization Development Specialist
The OD Specialist manages the company’s organization chart and structure, jobs, positions, manpower level and ensure their alignment with the company’s strategies. He evaluates jobs, maintains job descriptions, conduct process improvement studies, and benchmark company workforce (Full Time Equivalency) with current market. Candidates has to have an excellent communication skills to present and discuss to executives and other management teams. A bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is required with a minimum of 14 years of experience in the field. A Master degree in a related field is a plus for this job and will add value.

HR Policies Specialist:
The HR Policies Specialist manages the company’s HR manual, procedures, internal work rules and performance management programs, performs updates where and whenever needed and ensures the communication and execution of it. he also conduct regular reviews on the company’s total rewards package and ensures it is competitive within the operating market and develops proposal to update it accordingly. Candidates has to have an excellent communication (both oral and writing) skills to present and discuss to executives and other management teams. A bachelor degree in HR Management or Business Administration is required with a minimum of 14 years of experience in the field. A Master degree in a related field is a plus for this job and will add value.
