Important Note :
In case admit card is not found in the database due to any unavoidable reasons such as late or non receipt of form or incomplete form while the candidate has proof of application submission then please take out a print of the undertaking available here and reach the nearest center (refer to the Center List) along with :
1. Copy of the application form and
2. Bank challan copy and
3. State bar council enrollment number and
4. Valid ID proof

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :
** Candidates are required to carry this admit card along with the enrollment card and identification proof with him/her on the day of the examination. Students are required to show the admit card and enrollment card at the time of entry in the examination hall or asking by the invigilator at any time during the examination.

** Inside the examination hall students are required to observe silence during the course of the examination. Interchanging seats, creating disturbance, exchanging notes and talking with each other is not allowed.

** Only books and notes for the reference will be allowed in the examination hall. Mobile phones, laptops and any other electronic devices shall not be permitted inside the examination hall.

** Ensure that your signature and invigilator's signature are put in the space provided on the attendance sheet and the OMR answer sheet. Any OMR answer sheet without the invigilator's signature will be considered invalid.

** Do not remove the question paper attached with the OMR Answer sheet. Hand over the question paper and OMR Answer sheet to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.

** Use only blue/black ball pen to fill the OMR answer sheet. You are required to carry your own ball pen.

** Admission to the examination venue will open at 10:45 am and you should occupy your seat by 11:15 am at the least. You will not be allowed to enter the examination hall/venue after 11:15 am.

** Before writing on the answer book the candidates should see that they have been supplied question paper as per the opted language.

** No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall during the scheduled time.

Notification regarding All India Bar Examination-IV :
1. Admit card of eligible candidates will be available on the website of Bar Council of India i.e. www.barcouncilofindia.org from 5th December, 2012 onwards.

2. If (because of any reason) candidate does not get his admit card, he may reach to examination-centre at least 1 hour before schedule time of examination and may contact the examination in-charge of the centre with identity-proof.

3. No separate study material is provided by the Bar Council of India, the detail of syllabus & Model Question are already available on the website of BCI.

4. Question will be asked only from the course which the candidates have studied in LL.B course.

5. The examination will be open book system, duration of examination will be 3 hours i.e. 11 AM-2PM. There shall be no negative marking; 40% is required for passing the exam.

6. In case, the candidate has no access to the website of Bar Council of India for his Admit-card, for his roll number, examination centre etc., he may contact on the help- line number-0120-4897900 OR he may contact the Hon’ble Member of Bar Council of India from that State. (Contact the web-site of Bar Council of India.

7. The candidate who has provided e-mail or the mobile number (in his application form), admit cards are being sent on his email and roll numbers and name of centre through SMS also on his mobile.

Candidates not getting any information/Admit Card should go to any exam centre (of the city where they have given their option in the Application Form and where exam is conducted) with ID proof, contact the exam-in charge or member of State Bar Council at that Centre. If satisfied, the authority may allow them to appear. [The candidates whose application forms were defective shall not be allowed to sit.]
