Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, for promotion of high quality science education and research in the country.

Name of the project : Research project entitled “Synthesis, Surface Modification and Photophysics of Colloidal Semiconductor Nanocrystals”.
Funding Agency : Funded by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) under Ramanujan Fellowship.

Minimum educational Qualification : M.Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Physical Chemistry / General Chemistry OR equivalent degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Preference : Minimum one year research experience. Candidates having qualified and having valid CSIR/UGC NET or GATE scores card.

Fellowship : Starting Rs. 12,000/- or Rs. 16,000/- per month + 20% HRA based on academic record of the candidate and CSIR-JRF/NET or GATE qualification.

Tenure of the post : Initially for a period of one year which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project.
