    Procedure for LOI Submission and Tracking System :
    How to apply?
    1. Choose the New LOI Application on NHB Interactive and proceed by entering all the details required as part of the application.

    2. On successful submission of application
    a) In case you choose to pay through online mode through Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking, the system will generate a Acknowledgement with official LOI No. for your application. The system will provide you with options to view/print "Acknowledgment" and "Online Application Form". Take a print out of the "Online Application Form" and support documents ( Refer Checklist) required as part of the application and submit the application to National Horticulture Board within one month from the date of submission of application online

    b) In case you choose to pay through offline mode through DD, the system will generate a Temporary Application No. for future reference. On receipt of your offline payments along with the physical enclosures, you will get an official acknowledgement from us. The system will provide you with options to view/print "Online Application Form" Take a print out of the "Online Application Form" and attach the demand draft for the fee ( Refer Fee Structure) and support documents ( Refer Checklist) required as part of the application and submit the application to National Horticulture Board within one month from the date of submission of application online

    Cost of Application :
    A standard cost of application need to be paid along with your LOI Application Form in the following manner :
    Limit of Cost of Application :
    ** For Projects having cost upto Rs 10.00 lakh Rs 1,000/- per application and 1.8% plus service tax in case payment is made through Debit/Credit card/Internet Banking as Banker's Transaction Fee
    ** For Projects having cost >10 and upto Rs 20.00 lakh Rs 2,000/- per application and 1.8% plus service tax in case payment is made through Debit/Credit card/Internet Banking as Banker's Transaction Fee
    ** For Projects having cost > 20 lakh and upto Rs 50 lakh Rs 5,000/- per application and 1.8% plus service tax in case payment is made through Debit/Credit card/Internet Banking as Banker's Transaction Fee
    ** For Projects having cost > 50 lakh Rs 10,000/- per application and 1.8% plus service tax in case payment is made through Debit/Credit card/Internet Banking as Banker's Transaction Fee

    Note : Demand Draft for application cost should be drawn in favour of National Horticulture Board payable at Gurgaon, Haryana

    Payment Options while applying online :
    1.Through Debit/Credit card/Internet Banking :
    In this case the applicant has to bear the Banker's Transaction Fee @1.8% + Service Tax as prescribed by the payment gateway norms of the Bank.

    2. Through Demand Draft :
    In this case applicant has to give dd number and date. Enclose original DD along with physical application. Applicant would be alloted temporary ID at the time of Online Application and permanent ID would be issued only after receipt of physical application and cost of application in NHB's A/c.

    Check List :
    1. A Copy of Detailed application Form (in case application is filed online)
    2. Copy of record of right over project land.
    3. Affidavit in prescribed format only.
    4. Prescribed Cost of Application (Refer Payment Option Details)
    5. Detailed Project Report (DPR) - wherever applicable online.
    6. Duly filled up and signed bank term loan application form/bank consent letter.
    7. Copy of last Income Tax Return, if any. online.
    8. Key map of project land showing project details and land boundary details.
    9. NOC issued by Cooperative Society/Partnership Firm, if applicant is covered by Para- 5(h) of Guidelines No.1/2008.
    10. Proof of identity of applicant (refer Para of 3 Guidelines No. 1/2008.)
    11. In case project include item of 'Primary Processing' for manufacturing 'Fruit Products" covered by FPO 1955 then NOC issued by MFPI, Govt. of India be enclosed.

    Note :
    ** Application (with acknowledgment,online application form, fee and supportive documents) should be submitted to NHB within one month from the date of submission of application online
    ** Application will not be accepted and processed by NHB if it is not submitted within the specified time and with all required documents

    How to Track Application?
    1.On successfull submission of new application online, a unique "Acknowledgement No." is generated by the system for each application.
    2. Candidate(s) can use the "Acknowledgement No." for tracking an application status online. It can also be used for any correspondence with National Horticulture Board regarding an application.
    3. To track and to know the status of an application provide the "Acknowledgement No." at the NHB Online Homepage page and click on "Track".

    About NHB :
    National Horticulture Board (NHB) was set up by the Government of India in 1984 as an autonomous society under the Societies Registration Act 1860 with a mandate to promote integrated development in horticulture, to help in coordinating , stimulating and sustaining the production and processing of fruits and vegetables and to establish a sound infrastructure in the field of production, processing and marketing with a focus on post harvest management to reduce losses.

    NHB provides an opportunity to apply for New Projects. It also provides an option to track the status of application online that are submitted to NHB through a Project Reference No. provided by the system during the submission of application online. However applicants can also apply through physical application Form.

    Note :
    ** The applicant should take a print out of the Acknowledgment and Online Application Form generated through the system and submit the application to NHB with all supportive documents and Fee (Demand Draft) within one month from the date of submission of application online at the nearest NHB Area Office or Main Office

    ** In case of projects above 20 Lakhs, the physical application should be directly submitted to NHB Main Office "NHB Area Office" with whom the candidate is registered and should reach NHB within one month from the date of submission of application online.
