I have applied through online. Now the status shows "Application Not Received". Please tell me what should I do if the application form is not received for NET.

The candidate must FAX the following documents to the CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS, HRDG, CSIR (TELE FAX NUMBER : 011-25843305,011-25840887, 011-25860595) latest by 29th November, 2012 :-
1)Photocopy of both sides of completed application form/hard copy (in case of online application).
2) Proof of Dispatch (In case candidate does not have UPC, the Candidate will have to submit an undertaking that he/she has submitted the application form within the stipulated closing date.)

For obtaining provisional Admission Certificate and Roll No. (Subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria).

CANDIDATES MUST WRITE HIS/HER CONTACT No / FAX No. / CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS CLEARLY FOR PROMPT ACTION WHILE APPLYING FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REQUEST IN THIS REGARD WILL BE ENTERTAINED WITHOUT THE ABOVE TWO DOCUMENTS AND BEYOND 29th November, 2012
