JOB Description and Pay :
You are expected to attend, either in person, or mostly via Laptop/computer, teaching sessions of at least 3 hrs once a weak on Sundays/Saturdays, when these CME (Community Mental Health Team) sessions start. You will also do teaching to mental health nurses, psychologists etc once a month.

Here are the duties of the role :
Psychiatrist
Qualification : DPM/MD/DNB

Will see patients mostly online, sometimes face to face as well. Each patient would pay the fee for a complete year to the company and the no of Consultations by psychiatrist will be decided by the supervising Consultant Dr Raghu. Each consultation cost is fixed at Rs x/Consultation. You will be paid at the end of each month depending on how many consultations you do. You will be willing to do on call on phone once every week and this will be paid extra. You will do home visits as and when necessary and approved by Dr Raghu and this will be costed additionally and paid to you. All payments will be end of month and into your bank directly. All payments are subject to TDS if going over 75000 Rs per year as per GOI rules.

You will attend teaching once a week, mostly by computer, for about three hours. You will also teach once a month, to psychologists, social workers, etc for one hour on psychiatry.
