Name of the post : Ayurveda Physician No. of post : 01 Remuneration : Approximately Rs. 15,000/per month Age : Not exceeding 35 years as on 13.12.2012 Qualification & Experience required : BAMS Degree (2 years experience desirable)
Application Fee : Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1. payable at SBI, Parippally. General/OBC : Rs. 250/- SC/ST : Rs. 50
Female applicants are exempted from Application Fee.

i) Interested doctors may appear for interview, in the office of the undersigned along with application in the prescribed proforma, all original documents, one set of zerox copies of all original documents, two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application) and the requisite application fee.
