What documents do I need to carry with me for interview?
Interested doctors may appear for interview, in the office of the undersigned along with application in the prescribed proforma, all original documents, one set of zerox copies of all original documents, two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application) and the requisite application fee.

DD/Bankers’ cheque towards application fee
