National Talent Scholarship Award Examination 2012-13

Introduction :
National Talent Scholarship Award Examination (NTSAE) is conducted by AMIOI(DR. AMBEDKAR MISSION OF INDIA), the symbol of National Consciousness & Awareness. Dr. Ambedkar Mission of India is India’s first Organization in the Educational, health testing and assessment sector. It is a socially managed progressive organization in the field of education established on 14-04-2002 by the dedicated follower on the occasion of 111th (One hundred eleventh) Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna, Baba Sahab Dr. Ambedkar by eminent personalities and academicians from diverse domains of education.

Eligibility :
Students of classes 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 (PCM),11(PCB), 12(PCM) &12(PCB) are eligible to participate in this examination.

Medium and Syllabus :
This exam is conducted in only English/Hindi medium and is suitable for all the students following CBSE/ICSE/All State Board Syllabus.

Aim of this examination :
The focus on fundamentals at the secondary level is so important that without a firm understanding of them, a child can not be expected to face the reality of the competitive world once he/she finishes the basic education. Even while opting for higher studies the student has to go through a complete scan of what he/she knows.

Exams like IIT-JEE,AIEEE,AIIMS,AFMC,CAT, SAT,GRE, GMAT, etc. are so, designed to test the fundamental strength of a student. Hence the need of the our is building the fundamental are as strong as possible. A successful life emerges out from healthy and sound competition. Competition is the only way for the students to shake lethargy. It’s the only way to get introduced for manly worthiness. Firm standards in education and competition are the tonic for a promising and talented future. This exactly is the philosophy behind the AMIOI, (DR. AMBEDKAR MISSION OF INDIA)’S NTSAE.

Examination Centers :
(i) The Examination will be organized at all the Districts or nearest District, Head Quarters of all the states of India.

(ii) If the Admin office of the Mission receives the Application Form for Registration of Appearing student by the school/Institutions, at least 150 (One hundred fifty), from the States/Territory /State/District/Block of India., then the mission may allow the centre of NTSAE Examination in the same States/District or Nearest District Headquarter.

Examination Fee :
Rs.260/- for General Category, Rs.240/- for BC/OBC, Rs.220 for SC/ST/MINORITY and Rs. 150 for Physically Handicap. The examination fee is in favour of AMIOI (Dr.Ambedkar Mission of India) Payable at Patna by Demand Draft (DD)/Indian Postal order (IPO)/ Cash Deposit may be done in the name of Mission in the following Bank and original Pay in slip will be sent with the Application form for the registration in the Address of the Admin office Patna (Bihar).

Individual School Report (ISR) :
ISR Analysis the Performance of your school when compared to the paste of the students participating in this examination (subject wise, class wise & question wise). This report acts as a tool for the schools to improve their students performance in the future by bench making the areas of weaknesses and building upon them. ISR is also provided free of cost.

Presentation Ceremony :
The awards for the toppers and institutional awardees will be presented by eminent personalities at a grand celebration in all states and district of all over India before an impressive gathering of thousands of students, parents & teachers/principals.

All the meritorious students :
From any section of the Indian society that is SC/ST/BC/OBC/Other Minority and general class come to participate in this examination.

Infrastructure :
The examination procedure is completely computerized.

General School report (gsr) :
GSR in the exam (subject wise and class wise). The report in graphical format will have give and Histogram Graphs, which are useful to schools that wish to improve their student’s performance by bench marking the areas to weaknesses and building upon them. This report is provided free.

Publishing of the result :
The result shall be published on its website within (3) Months on 30/06/2013 of conducting the examination since the date: 31/03/2013 (Sunday) but one month time will be more for having same unavoidable circumstances / natural calamities not after Dt.30/07/2012.

Application Form :
(i) The Application form for registration may be obtained from all the important forms sellers of the states/Union Territory/ Districts/Sub-Division/Block/Ward/Panchayat of India.
(ii) The Application form for registration may be obtained from Co-ordinator of the states/Union Territory/Districts/ Sub-Division/Block/Ward/Panchayat of India.
(iii) The Application From for registration may be obtained after following the process of download from the official website Which website is of the mission.
(iv) The Application form for registration may be obtained from the offices of the Mission of India.
(v) The Four Pages of the Application Form for Registration in English/Hindi obtained from the website or Form Sellers or Co-ordinator or Mission offices, Which may be filled of clearly in Photo state copies also.

How to apply the application form to registration :
(i) Candidates/Guardian must follow the instruction strictly as given in the information Bulletin/Application form for Registration.
(ii) Candidates have to apply and submit there of registration form in prescribed format or by General Post or by Speed post or by the courier.
(iii) Please Check the Application Form for Registration before Sending it that:
(a) The Applicant has signed from at the two specific Place.
(b) The Application bears the signature of father (Guardian)
(c)The Applicant will were the signature of same passport size photographs (black&white/color) out of which one will be attained on the form as indicated/marked
(iv) Please arrange the documents in the following order that:
(a) Application form for Registration.
(b) Supporting Certificate issued by the head/Institution (If not verified by the Principal on Application Form).
(c) Use the Enclosed NTSAE big Enveloper or Big any Envelope for dispatch the Application form for Registration of NTSAE

Enclosure :
(i) 10x20 c.m self address two envelopes with Postal Stamp of Rs. 10/- each,
(ii) One Passport Size Black & White or Colour Photograph.
(iii) Caste/Minority Section Certificate (If not verified by the principal on Application form).
(iv) Class Certificate issued by your Principal or Headmaster (If not verified by the Principal on Application form).
(v) Examination fee by DD in original or Cash deposited in Bank of Pay in slip in original.

Notice : If the Application Form for Registration of all the appearing students of the NTSAE Examination have been attested and verified on the Application Form by Authority of the schools/Institutions. Then there will be no need to attach any Certificate Separately.

The Application Form for Registration is to be dispatched by Registered post/Speed post Gereral Post/Courier only.

Examination Pattern:
There will be a separate question paper for each class. All Questions are objective/subjective types questions with no negative marking for wrong answers.

(iv) Time Duration - 2 hrs i.e.150 Minutes

I am a tution teacher and my 8 student had applied NTSAE for 2012-2013. This exam was about to be held at 10/02/2013 but then you extended the date of examination by 30/06/2013 and it is mentioned in your website. but till now no admit card has come. You have given in your website that if admit card does not come before 20 days of examination, it can be download before 10 days but in your website no information is coming for that and no phone is received by you. I have called at least 40 - 50 times on your all given no. in website but no one call is attended and your email id is also not working so that I can send you any message so please whatever information is present give me quick as possible because only 9 days are left
