The Central Recruitment Agency on behalf of the District and Sessions Judges of the various Sessions Divisions of the State of Punjab, invites online applications for filling up vacant posts of Clerk, in Subordinate Courts of Punjab.
Name of the post : CLERK No. of post : 400 Pay Scale : Rs. 10300-34800 + Rs.3200/- Grade Pay Age limit as on 01.01.2012 : 18-37
QUALIFICATION : The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized university. He should have passed matriculation with Punjabi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets).
MODE OF SELECTION : written examination
EXAMINATION FEE :
(i) General Category Rs.500/-
(ii) SC/ST/BC/OBC/ESM of the State of Punjab Rs.125/-
(iii) Reserved categories of the other States Rs.500/-
DATE OF EXAMINATION : The written examination is likely to be conducted in the end of January/February, 2013 and Computer Proficiency Test in the month of February, 2013. The exact date will be notified on the website of Central Recruitment Agency
HOW TO APPLY ONLINE :
The application can be submitted through online mode only.
The online registration/filling of application forms by the applicants will consist of two steps. 1. Registration Step I : Applicant will get his Registration ID and Password and will print 'Cash Deposit Receipt' for deposit of Fee in the designated bank (State Bank of India).
2. Registration Step II : Applicant to fill the remaining particulars, fee payment details in the form, then to “LOCK & SUBMIT” the application form.
Applicant should take a printout of his/her Online Application Form for future use and record.

Note :
i) The applicant, who completes Step I registration, should go to Bank for deposit of fee only after 4 hours from the time of registration step I. However, the requisite fee can be deposited within Banking Hours only.

Guidelines for scanning and upload of photograph & sign:
(i) Photograph Image:
**Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
**Make sure that if picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white background.
**Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
**If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
**Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
**Dimensions 100 x 120 pixels
**Size of file should not be more than 100 KB
**Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 100KB. If the size of the file is more than 100 KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.
(ii) Signature Image :
**The candidate has to sign on white paper with Black/Blue Ink pen.
**The signature must be signed only by the candidate and not by any other person.
**If the Candidate's signature on the answer sheet, at the time of the examination, does not match with the uploaded signature, the candidate will be disqualified.
**Dimensions 160 x 70 pixels (preferred)
**Size of file should not be more than 100KB
**Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 100KB

Which date held on exam of clerk of high court of punjab and haryana?

The written test for the post of clerk in the Subrodinate Courts of Haryana scheduled to be held on 24.3.2013
Admit Cards:
Thereafter, admit cards of provisionally eligible applicants will be uploaded on the website and the applicants will also receive E-mail/SMS in this regard. The applicants are to download and print their admit cards by visiting the website again by entering their registration ID and password. Admit Cards shall not be sent by post.
Applicants are advised to visit the website and check their E-mail accounts regularly for updates and important information. Unnecessary correspondence with Central Recruitment Agency should be avoided.
