Key Skill
** 6-8 Years of experience in developing applications on multiple mobile platform
** Excellent knowledge on mobile middleware
** Excellent knowledge on design pattern applicable for mobile application
** Excellent knowledge on mobile application integration with middleware
** Can participate in pre-sales activity and proposal defending process.
** Excellent knowledge on developing mobile web app, Hybrid app and Native application
** Excellent hands-on knowledge on HTML5, CSS, Javascript
** Excellent hands-on knowledge in one of these cross-platform application development tools such as PhoneGap, Appcelerator
** Excellent knowledge on tool/software products on MDM, MAM and Enterprise app store
** Establish architecture, design and coding guidelines for client app and middleware

Nice to have
** Exposure to open source software evaluation for iOS and Adnroid
** Knowledge on one of the enterprise mobile application platform product (per say SUP)
** Knowledge on one of the enterprise mobile client application platform product (per say Antenna, Kony etc)
** Good knowledge on handling non-functional requirement of enterprise mobile application.
** Provide Technical Leadership to the team in terms of Application Design, Development, Configuration Management and Release practices
