We are Currently looking for a Engineers with extensive knowledge in developing Fabrication drawings for process equipment like pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, condensers etc.
The candidate should have working knowledge of ASME sec Viii, design calculations, material take off etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
Design Engineer should poses B.E / B.tech ( Mech / Prod / Civil) with a minimum of 2 years experience in designing of industrial equipment for process industry or Diploma (Mech / Prod) with minimum of 4 Years experience in the same.

2 - 3 Years of AutoCAD and 3D software Experience.
2 - 3 Years of Experience in Development of fabrication drawings, bill of material for structural and process equipment.
Ability to translate design into working drawings
Must be knowledgeable at maintain and control of design change order and revision systems.
Proficient in math, Microsoft office (excel, word , etc)
knowledge in the industrial construction industry, Fabrication process (welding, forming, rolling, machining etc)
knowledge in the materials related to ferrous alloys and pertaining codes such as ASTM, ISO etc.
Self-driven, motivated individual with team spirit and fast learner. Can do attitude is a must.
Good Knowledge of process and structural industry standards and codes is a plus.

SYSTEM WITH MULTI LOBED NOZZLE FOR EXHAUST
FLOWS.

Description : In recent years it has become evident that the infrared
radiation given off by marine diesel alternators exhaust systems is
highly undesirable for naval vessels and commercial vessels traveling
in areas of conflict. As a result, great interest has surfaced in the
ways that IR signatures can be reduced. By proper design of eductor
/diffuser system, thermal radiations can be minimized to reasonable
level. In this paper, the IRSS device has been redesigned by using
multi lobed nozzle, expecting an enhancement in the gas cooling
phenomenon. The 4, 6, 8, 10 lobed design of nozzle has been
attempted taking into consideration of the back pressure restriction
and manufacturing feasibility.

Title : DEVELOPMENT OF SCREENING AND FEEDING
PROCESS FOR COKE BREEZE.
Client : VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT, VISAKHAPATNAM.
Team size : 4
Software : CATIA.
Description : The vibrating screen cum feeder is used for screening and feeding of coke breeze in masses and compound shop at Blast Furnace. There are four tap holes in the Blast Furnace to close or plug the tap holes mud gun mass is used. In this mud gun mass coke breeze is key ingredient. This coke breeze is screened manually. Due to this we get many problems like large size of particles and improper mixing by the laborer. This results some bad quality of mud gun mass. So, to avoid this problem, we suggested a vibrating screen cum feeder mechanism to get appropriate rate of particles and appropriate mixture.
