JOB TITLE : CMT Lead (Change Management and Training)
ROLES : Change Management & Training Lead
DEPARTMENT : IT ERP

BASIC PURPOSE :
Coordinate, manage and execute organization change management end to end activities to achieve the Restructuring project objectives.

YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Minimum of 5+ years of organization change management and training experience in SAP projects with a specific concentration. 2 end to end project experiences in Restructuring is must. Preference will be given to a qualified Saudi National.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
Must have experience leading Change Management and Training work stream on multiple SAP implementations, ideally in the Restructuring program.
Experience leading clients through large-scale change
Experience in assessing organizational alignment and implementing organizational alignment activities
Experience developing and executing change impact action plans
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Able to combine collaborative and nurturing style with assertive, direction setting style

Delivery :
** Experience within a delivery role
** Experience with client facing consulting engagements
** Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services

Soft Skills :
** Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior management
** Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
** Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
** Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
** Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
** Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
** Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
** A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
** Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
** Must have previous team leadership experience in at least 2 years SAP project implementations.
** Team player, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and sustain effective relationships with customers, SI and IT organizations.
** Accomplished communication skills encompassing inter-personal communications
** Good design and architectural skills
** Good understanding of project management skills and thorough knowledge of the ASAP project lifecycle
** Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments.
** Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English.
** Excellent communication skills a must.
** Proven record of high performance in problem solving, collaborating, planning/priority setting, timely decision making, perseverance, and a drive for results.
