Postmatric Scholarships For Fresh Registration 2013-14 :
A post matric scholarship is the scholarship which is granted to students by the welfare departments of the Govt. for enabling eligible students who have passed tenth class (SSC examination or equivalent to pursue post matric studies such as intermedeate, ITI, polytechnic, professional courses, graduate and post graduate courses, Ph.D etc.

A post matric scholarship has two components namely reimbursement of tuition fee (RTF) to the college and maintenance fee to the student (MTF).

The reimbursement off tuition will be dependent on the course you pursue. While most of the courses are eligible for 100% of the tution fee as fixed by the government. Self financed courses are eligbile only foor a maximum of Rs. 20,000 or the acutal fee charged by the college, which ever is less.

Pre-Requisites Renewal Registration Process for the Academic Year 2013-14 :
1) All Students Registering on the epass website must have a aadhar card.
a) if you do not have Aadhar Card, Go to the nearest Aadhar Enrollment ceter and enroll.
b) if you have enrolled for Aadhar and have Enrollment no with you, Then verify your aadhar status in Click Here
c) Scan Your Aadhar Card and Upload.
2) Enter your Bank Account Correctly if you have changed your bank account.
3) From 2013-14 SBI eZPay cards are no longer valid. Please Open your Zero Balance Account in any of the nationlized banks Click here
4) Please give us your Mobile Number(Mobile number can be any one of your family member).

The Maximum eligible age as on the date of 1.7.2012 for the various courses are given as under for obtaining a scholarship:

** Intermediate
** Graduate including D.Ed.

EBC/Minorities/Disabled ( as on 1st July of the Academic Year) :

What are the scanned documents required to upload?

The following documents must be scanned & uploaded on the website.
(i) Caste Certificate obtained from Meeseva Centres only.(Candidate shall furnish the Caste Certificate Number).
(ii) Income Certificate (vide reference 2nd,3rd and 4th cited) obtained from Meeseva Centres only.(Candidate shall furnish the Income Certificate Number)
(iii) Latest photograph.
(iv) Savings bank account number in the name of the student and joint account for students below 18 years i.e. in name of student and parent (The first page of the pass book showing name, account number & IFSC Code must be scanned & uploaded)
(v) CET/ M.Tech/ ME/ M Pharmacy/ M Arch/ M Phil/ Ph.D etc allotment order.
(vi) Ration Card copy showing details of the family members & Ration Card Number.
