Position Title : Manager / Senior Manager

Job Purpose :
The incumbent is responsible for reviewing and assessing processes , controls and practices, as well as related procedures according to the yearly audit plans approved by the Audit Committee. The purpose of these assessments is to provide the Company’s management, the Audit Committee and the Board an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve Chola’s operations.
Location : Bangalore
Key Accountabilities :
Responsible for analyzing data for internal audit, gathering data for internal audit; communicating results of internal audit to stakeholders; establishing quarterly audit plan and audit programs; and following-up on audits and organizations for implementation of recommendations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Conducting internal audit at various locations across India.
Identifying control gaps & discusses audit findings with the branches/businesses and makes effective compliance Plan.
Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk.
Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
Draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area.
Experience : Around 4 yrs into internal audit of NBFC/banks
Education / Preferred Qualifications : CA/ICWA
Technical Competencies :
Having qualification of CISA/DISA is preferable.
Knowledge of using Audit tools like Idea.

Position Title : Branch Credit Manager – Home Equity
Business / Department : Home Equity
Job Purpose :Will be responsible for the performance of the Credit Department at the Branch level. Has to ensure thorough check of documents to reduce NPAs of the branch
Location : Coimbatore

Key Accountabilities :
Ensure Minimisation of Bad Credit Loans and undertake through Field Investigation.
Deliver consistent performance by guiding the credit department
Ensure strict adherence to credit norms

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Implement product credit policy in the market and approve / reject cases as per standard guidelines
Enforce that the Credit department does thorough FCI and identify Bad credit before it is finalized in order to avoid losses in future.
Set credit limits and personally investigate certain complicated cases.
Set appropriate multiple risk ratings before fixing the credit.
Modify the rating systems keeping in mind the various market trends.

Continuously monitor the existing credit policies
Continuously review the existing credit policies and identify the loopholes in the existing strategies.
Act as a mediator between the Regional Credit manager and the various departments and inform the changes suggested by the other departments
Provide suggestions for revising credit policy norms gained from day to day working to ensure smoother flow of working.
Analyse the data received from various departments to fine tune the credit procedures
Ensure TAT are met as per norms

Experience :
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a bank or a financial institution, currently dealing with asset products as a credit manager
Basic understanding of the product
Basic understanding of credit recovery procedures, problems and techniques
Ability to find solutions to problems despite constraints

Education / Preferred Qualifications :
University degree
MBA preferred but not essential
