The call letters indicating time and venue of examination centre for the written examination to the eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories are being sent at the address given in the Application Form. The rejection advice is also sent to ineligible candidates. Railway Recruitment Board will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.

Those eligible candidates who do not get call letters or who have been issued call letter with wrong names, community, category no., photograph and free travel authority (SC/ST) may contact personally the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Guwahati as per schedule given above from 10.00 to 17:00 Hrs for getting correct/duplicate call letters.

Candidates should bring along with them adequate proof of having submitted application alongwith two colour passport size photographs, age proof and caste certificate.

Status of the application along with other details can be seen on the website of Railway Recruitment Board, Guwahati. It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates.

There is free travel for SC/ST candidates who will be appeared for Test on 2-12-2012, CEN Number: 03/2012. How to know the train details like train name, seat number etc. Please tell me all the details about the traveling.

I HAVE SEND THE IPO EACH AND EVERY DETAILS THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF RRB STAFF NURSE BUT STILL I DIDN'T GET ANY INFORMATION FROM THE HEAD OFFICE (IPO DETAILS 77F 510857/510858) EXAM DATED ON 24/02/2013.

Call letters for written examinations are sent to candidates by business post. The candidates whose applications are rejected are also intimated through post along with the cause of rejection. The details of provisionally eligible as well as ineligible candidates for a par ticular post are also put on the website of the Railway Recruitment Board concerned at least one week prior to the written examination for that post.
